15 Murder Victims Who Helped Solve Their Own Murders

As technology progresses, it is becoming increasingly difficult for people to commit horrible crimes such as murders and then getting away with them. Now, this obviously isn’t a bad thing but it goes on to show just how much things have progressed since the times of the past. Something that does not depend on time or technology for that matter, however, is the concept of the afterlife.

It is perfectly understandable if you do not believe in ghosts or the afterlife but there is no denying the fact that there are countless things in the world that we have yet to explain. So, this means that there is always a possibility that events of the supernatural order might be real after all. Here we have compiled a list of fifteen real-life murder cases that were solved only after the murder victim themselves had left some sort of clue either when they were alive or after their death. These not only helped authorities solve their murders but also convict the relevant criminals.

15. Child That Remembered Murder From A Past Life

Via littlethings.com

Whether it is true or not, kids often seem to have some supernatural powers at the time since they’re usually the ones interacting with all sorts of ghosts and whatnot. This case was a little different, however, as a small boy aged three who was living in Golan Heights suddenly claimed one day that he had been murdered in a past life with an axe.

Now, most of us would’ve ignored this as the kid having a very active imagination but he actually ended up leading his parents to where his remains were along with the murder weapon. He then went on to confront a local man as his former killer who refused all allegations until the axe and remains were recovered.

He was able to get away with it for four years until one day, Howley’s ghost decided to pay the local psychic Kirsty Robinett a visit. Her body was found after she was stabbed 33 times and there was blood all around including on the floor and the doorknob. The police determined that some of the blood belonged to another person who was definitely the killer.

They didn’t have to go through the hassle of matching everyone’s DNA though as Catherine Ballesteros’ spirit whispered the word “Baba” in the ear of her grieving mother while in the morgue. It turned out that there was a person named Ryan “Baba” Viscarra in Catherine’s neighborhood who was notorious for being a thief. The blood and fingerprints on the crime scene ended up matching those of Ryan and he was sentenced to life in prison.

Via abc.net.au

Something that the police had overlooked during the initial investigation was that her suicide note contained the words “he did it” on the back. The coroner later confirmed in 2013 that the wound on Nadine’s wrist was not the result of a suicide. Guizzon could not be arrested though since no actual evidence for his involvement in the murder was ever found.
