All of the legalities and moral code aside, we can’t deny that these celebrities with nude photo scandals would probably agree that they are victim to a sext fail.

While we’re all worried about someone sharing an unflattering Snapchat of us with someone else, celebrities are worried about their most intimate files being leaked to the entire world. This is truly the first celebrity sexting scandal I can remember. As a die-hard High School Musical watcher, I was more than familiar with the two romantic leads: Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. And once the world caught wind that the two were dating in real life? It was game over. I don’t think people have lost their minds more for an off-screen romance since Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling. As their romance fizzled though, a nude selfie that Vanessa allegedly sent to Zac of her fully in the buff was leaked to the press, making it a scandal that was definitely way too grown-up for anything Disney would ever touch.

Scarlett Johansson is one of those amazing celebrities who has been on the top of everyone’s “hot list” for what seems like decades now. She just gets cooler as the years go on, and has a face and body that seems to define the word “feminine beauty.” Scarlett is one of the most sought-after actresses not only for her looks, but also because she is incredibly smart, witty, and funny. What wasn’t so funny is when photos of her in the buff were leaked to the press following a celebrity hacking scandal. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, known as Jelena, had their fair share of controversies. From break-up songs to makeup songs and every kind of Instagram post in-between, these two defined the word “tumultuous.” Unfortunately, after a particularly public breakup with The Biebs, a nude selfie of Selena was published on the internet. Way to put salt on an open wound, internet. While Biebs insists he never shared the photo with anyone, we all know that he’s a bad liar.

The huge scandal, called “The Fappening” (gross), leaked hundreds of nude celebrity images online and was soon picked up by international news outlets everywhere. One of the most famous celebrities involved? None other thanJennifer Lawrence. It seems a little odd that people would be so obsessed with seeing a photo of Lawrence in the buff, considering she rocks basically only body paint in the X-Men films, but regardless, it was her name on the headlines. Since then, Lawrence has publicly admitted she was in the photos and taken legal action against those who violated her humans rights and privacy.

11. Olivia Munn

In my opinion, this is the most embarrassing of all celebrity sext leaks. While Olivia Munn has certainly had her fair share of celebrity boyfriends (she just recently broke-up with NFL quarterback Aaron Rogers), her most scandalous photo was leaked while she was dating Chris Pine. The images which Munn continues to unbelievably deny, showed Munn in a series of racy snaps. Seems pretty white bread, right? Well, Munn took her sexts to another level by photoshopping text and arrows on the images, letting Pine know exactly what she wanted him to do to her. From tearing off zippers to choking and slapping her, the photos make it pretty clear the two had quite a kinky life in between the sheets.

Back in 2011, some photos of Blake Lively in the buff were famously leaked on a number of websites. In response, Lively and her reps vehemently denied the photos were of her, insisting someone had photoshopped her face onto another body. However, they really underestimated the work of the internet sleuths. People quickly pointed out the two distinct tattoos visible in the nude selfies were the same ones Blake had to wear for a role. The hacker even responded themselves, telling her and her reps to stop denying their validity or he would release dozens more. In 2016, Rihanna was one of the victims of the most famous celebrity nude photo leak in history. While Rihanna is no stranger to sharing sexy snaps of herself with fans and followers, these images were far more intimate than her typical provocative poses. From bending over on the bed to riding a man on a boat, a lot of them showed very personal moments with her personal acquaintances. They also showcased her bada*s nipple rings and entire body, making them a fan favorite during the leak. While there’s no word on whether or not Queen Ri-Ri has responded to the scandal, we have a feeling the photos of her next vacation might look a little different.

Another victim, same nude leak scandal. Cassie, or Cassie Ventura, is an R&B singer who rose to fame after a successful modeling career around the year 2005. Since her short-lived pop star career, Cassie has kept a pretty low profile professionally, but not personally. In fact, the singer has been quietly dating Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs for years. In the famous nude leak, the ones of Cassie were some of the most controversial, with her spreading her legs wide for the camera in one of the snaps. Like Rihanna, her selfies showcased body piercings and seemed to be taken by a very intimate partner (Diddy, perhaps).
