Always keep moving forward. No matter how small the step you’re taking, just make sure that you are moving forward and not backward. You may fail now but figure out what went wrong, learn from it, and move on. However, many find this difficult to do because it is easier to stay with what we’re used to, which is why many go back. The familiar is comforting and it feels safe doing what we’re used to. However, if you want to grow, you should take a step towards the next unknown.

Sadly, some people may feel that this is a lot of work and is not worth it so they don’t follow it.
