Drones aren’t just used by high military organizations, and professionals anymore, and are now available to the public, who’re willing to pay a big buck to get gorgeous ariel footage. High grade drones are now available on the market to help increase production value on short films, and indie projects that include video. However, many people simply purchase them, for their novelty.

This will often lead to people flying drones in locations they’re not allowed, but they still decide to take the risk. This in turn can sometimes catch things that we weren’t supposed to see. Drones have a great UI, and a camera that can be controlled, and turn in any angle, so if the operator is skilled enough, it can get great camera angles of strange things.

Another great things about most drones, are their cameras are typically higher quality than most cameras on the market. Therefore when something is captured on a drone, it can’t really be disputed as being there or not. This helps in investigations, and in the world of the paranormal. While more restricted drone laws will likely fall into place within the next year, it doesn’t mean the influx of strange things drones can catch will stop.

15. The Odd Explosion

A news team decided to get arial drone footage of a devastating explosion that rocked a neighborhood in Denver Colorado. The blast was from inside a house, and was sadly done on purpose. The man living there lived alone, and decided to take revenge on his mean neighbors by creating a house bomb, and taking his own life, with the possibility of harming those around him.

He created the bomb by filling the house with gasoline, and lighting it a blaze. After firefighters responded to the scene the house was gone, and the remains were in a blaze. Neighbors were scared, but luckily none of them were hurt. The explosion was so big it apparently shook the ground for up to 5 miles away from the source.

14. The White Gowned Witch Woman Spotted Again

A man who was flying his drone over a wooded forest saw something strange, sticking out like a sore thumb. A white object was seen from above, so he decided to get a closer look, something he’d soon regret. He lowered his drone to be on the same level as the object, and saw that it looked human. The creature was crouched low, and was obviously moving. It stared blankly at the drone, and before the footage ends, it can be seen slowly limping it’s way towards it.

If you’re at all familiar with paranormal internet videos, you might recognize this creature. A similar video uploaded to Youtube almost a decade ago, shows the same white gowned woman, but in a completely different part of the world. Many people speculated it was a witch. The creature in this video resembles that witch to a tee. Whether or not it’s the same creature, it’s still disturbing as no one should just be standing out in that deep of woods…

13. Heroic Farmers Save the World

A large blaze was ignited on a farm field, with a lot of dead crops quickly taking blaze. In minutes acres of the field were burned, with many more on their way to being ignited. A few farmers thought of a good way to calm the fires down, while they waited for fire fighters to arrive. Two or three farmers decided to hop into their tractors, and mowed down the grass next to the blazing flames.

This act was very dangerous, as the flames were moving very quickly. Luckily someone on the scene had a drone, and was able to capture the amazing heroism of these farmers risking their lives. The farmers were successful in suppressing the flames enough for the fire fighters to stop them, before they got anymore out of control.

12. The Crocodile and the Pig

While there are a bunch of things to fear in the ocean, many may not think of other water creatures. The crocodile for instance, is a vicious dinosaur like creature, that has the ability to bring just about anything down that lays in it’s path. The crocodile is speculated to be the oldest living reptile on Earth, and the most vicious. There have even been accounts of crocodiles chowing down on sharks.

This drone footage shows a crocodile enjoying it’s freshly caught lunch. This footage was taken off the coast of Papa New Guinea, and shows a saltwater crocodile swimming along with it’s freshly caught pig. The pig has a leash on it, so it can be assumed it was captured on land, something that crocodiles have over other vicious sea creatures. It’s quite a site, and may make people fear crocs even more.

11. Clowns of the Corn

A man who was simply flying his drone capturing stock footage to sell online ran into something strange in a dead corn field. He spotted the strange thing due to it’s bright colors, and decided to fly in closer to get a better look. When the drone got closer it revealed someone dressed up as a clown, looking creepily back at the drone, as if it wanted to destroy it.

After a minute long stare down the clown began to run out of the field. It’s unknown if the clown was running because he was trespassing, or because he was worried his identity would be revealed. The drone operator decided to follow the clown, until he got out of the corn field. At that point the drone became to far from the operator, and couldn’t go any further without falling out of the sky. The strangest part is, this footage was taken almost a year after the clown craze of 2016 wore off. So why was he out there?

10. Bigfoot Sighting?

A drone that was flying over a decrepit looking forest captured something strange. It’s hard to see in the video, but it’s obvious that something is lurking in the woods. The figure looks to be humanoid, and was taken near areas where Bigfoot were claimed to be seen. The drone operator didn’t notice the creature at the time, so it didn’t get to go in closer for a better look.

Perhaps this was simply the operator’s friend in a suit, but the fact they didn’t get a better shot of the Bigfoot, makes this theory unlikely. Perhaps this could be definitive proof that Bigfoot is real. If this is real footage, then it’s one of the first tapes of Bigfoot being seen during the daytime.

9. A Whale of A Meal

A drone that was flying over the ocean, caught something strange at the surface. The drone operator spotted something that people don’t see everyday, a whale eating a shark. Sharks are known as the most feared sea creature, and one of the most feared animals in general. So they don’t typically have a lot to worry about in their day to day lives, that is unless you run into a whale apparently.

This was taken off the coast of California, and showed a group of killer whales, passing an alone shark. They decided to stop, and take advantage of the lone wold, and make it their dinner. The whales had the shark in it’s grasp in no time, and the shark never stood a chance. It goes to show, the deadly force that killer whales can bring to the table.

8. The Unknown Community

A man who lived in the more rural parts of California, began to notice random tents popping up near his property. He was too paranoid to explore it himself, so he decided to take a safe approach, and purchased a drone. Once the drone took flight, he found way more than he’d bargained for. Instead of finding one or two squatters, he found a whole small community of people on his land.

There was a solid few acres of land, that were now home to these random people who’d setup their own community here. During the drone footage a strange blue light can be seen flashing constantly, and many believe that this could be morse code of some kind. Whatever it is, maybe it could lead to identifying the people who’re living on this man’s land.

7. Inside a Volcano

National Geographic decided to use drones for research, specifically the research of volcanoes. With many drones having a large radius, it can help people explore things they wouldn’t of otherwise been able to at a safe distance. This of course includes volcanoes. A team from Nat Geo decided to take a drone into an active volcano to see how it acts, before eruption.

What they caught was never before seen footage of laval up close. It so high quality, that it almost looks computer generated. The team made sure to stay a safe distance away from the lava, and made sure to also keep the drone at a safe distance. Imagine what else drones will be able to discover in the world! Drones will only help in the science field, and this is a great start!

6. Feeding Time

Speaking of killer whales, another example of a killer whale group taking advantage of their numbers showed up on someone’s drone. Killer whales have the ability to strategize, and seek out how they’ll take out their prey. They also work well in numbers, sometimes taking down things twice their size. This drone footage shows a group of killer whales taking down another smaller species of whale.

It’s obvious from the footage, that each whale has a specific task that they carefully planned before hand. It’s an unfair fight for any sea creature that gets stuck in the grasps of a group of killer whales. These creatures should be more feared than sharks, and this drone footage is a good start!

5. Strange Crop Circle

A Youtube channel who often frequents the paranormal in ways of exploring abandoned places, to seeing if they can capture strange things, that no one has ever seen before. They thought it would be wise to invest in a drone, and by the looks of this video, it looks to have paid off. The team is in the middle of nowhere, in what appears to be a corn field. They shoot the drone off into the sky to reveal a large strange looking pattern in the corn field.

Many speculate this is a crop circle, something many people believe are ways that aliens attempt to communicate with us Earthlings. They’ve been around since the 70’s, and many of them are hoaxes. With the lack of information behind this video, and where it’s located we can’t tell for sure if it’s a hoax or not. All we know is the design shown, would’ve taken a lot of dedication to make if it is indeed fake.

4. The Trespassing Drone

While drones have grown in popularity the past year, it’s still seen as new technology with not many laws in place for them. This means that drone operators have free range to see, and go wherever they want. A man in London, was one of these people tired of not having any laws to govern a drone from trespassing, and spying on him, at his property. He angrily looked at the drone, before going to grab a double barrel to take the law into his own hands.

He gave the drone operator a warning, and when the drone didn’t buzz, the man fired at the drone sending it careening into a bush nearby. The man left the drone where it was, and luckily the camera was still working. The drone operator retrieved the drone, and uploaded the footage to the internet, as a warning to all drone users to use their devices with caution.

3. UFO Caught on Night Vision Gunship

Some sort of military airship was taken it’s rounds in what appears to be high mountains, when it’s radar came across something strange. The radar looks to be that of a weapon, as the screen shows several crosshairs. Not only that, but when the object appears a second pair of crosshairs, appear, and begin to track the object. The object is small, and seems far away, but moves too fast to be anything normal.

The object is also very bright, and can be hard to see in the radar. There isn’t much information given on the video itself, or where it was taken at. Many people who’ve commented on the video claim that the object is a UFO. It’s unknown if the pilot decided to take shots, or leave it be. Whatever it is, this could be definitive proof of UFOs existence.

2. Fishy Business

A few fisherman decided to take out to sea to see if they could catch anything interesting. One of the men had a drone handy, to help see if any fish were around them. Little did he know there was, but one they didn’t want to catch. The drone caught what appears to be great white shark lurking beneath the boat. Even creepier the great white appears to be circling the boat, and makes several rounds.

After a few minutes into the video the shark begins to hit the bottom of the boat making it shake. All the while the drone operator keeps the drone steady above. After a few attempts at knocking the boat over, the shark gets close a few times. The video ends soon after, and it’s unknown if the shark got what it came for, or left empty handed. We can only hope for the prior…

1. The Shadow Person

A man had just bought his new drone, and wanted to test it out in a deserted parking lot at night. Before starting the video he explained how he was the only one out in the parking lot that night, and that he was simply testing to see how well his drone could capture footage at night. However, he captured something much more creepy, and unexpected.

The drone flew up in the air for a few minutes before capturing something standing beside a light post at the end of the parking lot. The figure seemed to be humanoid, and was standing exactly where the drone operator could’ve seen it. However, the man didn’t see the figure until reviewing the footage back home. He saw the figure, and immediately was freaked out, as he made sure he was the only one in the parking lot, during the test flight…
